Thelma's twin sister, Zelma Marshall, and her older sister, Juanita Marshall, continue her memory.

In 1990, Thelma married her loving husband, Michael Parham. Together, they shared 34 beautiful years of marriage. Thelma dedicated her career to working with elders, making a positive impact on the lives of those she cared for.
