Ruby had a passion for cooking and was known for her delicious meals, especially her favorite foods, cottage cheese and fruit, and popcorn. She also enjoyed spending her time reading Nora Roberts books and cherished moments with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and foster children.
Graduating from IU with a bachelor's degree in Business, Ruby was a successful business owner.
