Roy was raised in Los Angeles by his Mother Lucille Lincoln and Stepfather Julius Lincoln who he love so much .
He attended and Graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and Los Angeles Trade Technology College.
He started working at Evan Sign Company for 65 years, until this day
He Love to Runs Marathons All over the Worlds, He Wons Many Awards and Thropy.
He made sure he took care of his Mother and Family
