Roy was raised in Los Angeles by his Mother Lucille Lincoln and Stepfather Julius Lincoln who he love so much .
He attended and Graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and Los Angeles Trade Technology College.
He started working at Evan Sign Company for 65 years, until this day
