Joan Josephine Montague, affectionately known as Joanie, passed away on July 11, 2024, at the age of 83. Born on March 7, 1941, in Oakland, California, she spent her later years residing in Portland, Oregon, where she left a lasting impact on all who knew her. Joan is survived by her husband Tom Anderson, her daughter Terry Montague Sauriol age 64, her son Gregory James Montague age 62, her three grandchildren, Ross Louis Sauriol age 38, Thomas Roy Sauriol age 36, Abby Joan Sauriol age 34 and great granddaughter Kit Audrey Sauriol age 6.

Joan was a passionate individual with a zest for life. She enjoyed capturing the world through her camera lens, and her love for golf and tennis kept her active and engaged.
