Horace Lee Ware, affectionately known as "Hump," passed away peacefully on April 11, 2024, at the age of 67. He was born on August 10, 1956, in Crockett, TX, where he resided for his entire life.
Horace was a loving man who cherished his family above all else. His two daughters, and grandkids, De’Yasim Warfield, Yasmin Ware, Kiva Knox, and Kiah Amons, held a special place in his heart, and he would often say, "I love my grandkids." He loved spending time with them and being a doting grandfather.
In his free time, Horace enjoyed playing dominoes and watching his favorite TV show, "Sanford and Son." He also had a passion for football and was a loyal fan of the sport.
Horace's favorite place in the world was his home, where he found comfort and joy. He had a particular fondness for homemade chicken and deer, which always delighted his taste buds.
Having worked as a janitor, Horace retired from his profession and took pride in raising a beautiful family. His dedication and love for his family were his proudest accomplishments, and he leaves behind a legacy of love and togetherness.
Horace Lee Ware will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his soul rest in peace, and may his memories bring comfort to those who loved him.
