Arthur was a loving kind soul. He was born and raised in Bridgeport, CT, and was one of four children, sometimes five. He attended Bullard Havens Technical High School and Central High School, before furthering his education at Housatonic Community College and Southern Connecticut State University.

Arthur was known for his infectious smile and generous spirit, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. His passion for life and deep connections with family and friends will be cherished forever. He is survived by his mother, Casandra; stepfather, Trevor; sisters Shaylea and Aria; and brother Laneil.
