Arthur was a loving kind soul. He was born and raised in Bridgeport Ct. He was one of 4 children and sometimes 5 at times. He went to High School at Bullard Havens Technical High School and Central High School. He went to college at Housatonic Community College and Southern Connecticut State University. He is survived by his Mother Casandra, Step- Father Trevor, Sister Shaylea, Sister Aria, and Brother Laneil. Let’s wish him a final farewell and this tragic loss to his family and Community.
