Zaylynn Angel Morales, affectionately known as Zay, Angel, or Baby Girl, passed away on July 19, 2024, at the young age of 17. Born on May 10, 2007, in Jacksonville, NC, Zaylynn brought joy and warmth into the lives of all who knew her.

Zaylynn was a caring and kind-hearted individual, always putting others before herself. She had a creative spirit and was known as a dreamer, constantly envisioning a better world. Her nurturing nature made her a beloved sister to her five brothers and four sisters, who will forever cherish the memories they shared together.

Zaylynn's impact on the lives of others cannot be overstated. She had a heart full of love and was always there to lend a helping hand. Whether through a compassionate word or a helping gesture, Zaylynn touched the lives of those around her in a profound way. She loved spending time with her family, going to the Mall,and being around her friends and acquaintances which she will remembered her as someone who brought warmth and light wherever she went.

Zaylynn worked at Hollister in the Mall during Christmas time, was working for Old Chicago Pizza Taproom as a Hostess. Zaylynn wanted to go into Nursing, to specialize in Special Needs and open her own Special Needs Daycare. Zaylynn's dedication to serving her community extended to her involvement with the First Pentecostal Church, where she volunteered her time and energy. Her commitment to her faith was an integral part of her life, and she found solace and strength in her religious beliefs.

Zaylynn's passing leaves a void in the hearts of her loved ones, but her legacy of love and kindness will live on. She will be remembered as someone who exemplified the true meaning of compassion and selflessness. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known her.

A funeral service to celebrate Zaylynn's life will be held at the First Pentecostal Church, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory.
