Yvonne Boone, lovingly known as "Poke," passed away on June 17, 2024, at the age of 58. She was born on May 1, 1966, in Baltimore, where she also resided until her passing.

Yvonne had a zest for life and found joy in various hobbies, including interior design, counseling, working with kids, and fashion. She had a particular love for turkey chops, and her favorite pastime was spending time with children and grandchildren, whom she cherished deeply.

Throughout her life, Yvonne held various professions, including counselor and bus driver. She was a Woman's Self Esteem Counselor, served on the Tenant Council for Baltimore Housing Authority, and also worked for Recreation and Parks. She concluded her career as a dedicated school bus driver.

Yvonne was a proud pet owner, and her loyal companion was a beloved pet named Kane. She shared a deep bond with her siblings, Denise, Yolanda, Alger, William, Teresa, and Tonya. Yvonne was a devoted mother to her children, Qavone, Sean, Nicole, and Qu'Shondia. She also took great delight in her grandchildren, Sean Jr, Shamar, Pernell, Blayre, and Haylei.

Yvonne's impact on the lives of others was immeasurable. She touched the hearts of many as a loving mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and true friend to all she encountered. Her proudest accomplishments revolved around raising her beautiful children and grandchildren, who meant the world to her.
