Yvette Marie Davis, born on May 10, 1991, in Charlottesville, VA, passed away on October 9, 2015, in Rockbridge County, VA. Yvette, affectionately known as Vette and Baby by her fiancé, was a devoted Emergency Room RN at Sentara RMH, where she demonstrated her passion for helping others.

Yvette cherished her role as the Ultimate Auntie to her beloved nieces, Kimber and Grace, showering them with love and attention. She found immense joy in spending quality time with her mother, cooking together in the kitchen, and sharing peaceful moments at home with her fiancé of five blissful years, Dillan Kennedy.

A lover of Italian food and captivated by the beauty of Paris, France, Yvette's heart belonged to her family above all else. She is survived by her nieces,her fiance Dillan Kennedy many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will forever remember her vibrant spirit and nurturing nature.

Family and friends are invited to gather from 6 to 9 PM at the Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Home. A celebration of Yvette's life will take place at the First Baptist Church in Waynesboro, followed by a graveside service at Augusta Memorial Park, officiated by Pastor Mike Wells. Yvette's memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
