Willie "Winky" Charlene she was a very kind, strong willed individual who was a mother to everyone. Her children are as follows, Nick , Temika , Brandon , Lennett , Lenell , Louis , Leonard , & Jolisa. She also has several grandchildren and great grandchildren that will miss her dearly. Words can't express the impact she left on many peoples lives. Forever in our hearts and memories
