William Thomas DeLaVergne, known to his loved ones as "Will," passed away on July 22, 2024, at the age of 65. He was born on August 12, 1958, in Swartz Creek, MI. Will had been residing in Burton, MI, at the time of his passing.

Throughout his life, Will dedicated himself to his career at GM, where he worked for an impressive 42 years. His commitment and work ethic were commendable.

However, Will's proudest accomplishments and contributions centered around his family. He was married to his beloved wife, Amber, for 29 years, and their unwavering love and support formed the foundation of their home. Together, they created a beautiful family, raising their daughter Hannah and son Luke. Will cherished every moment spent with his children and was overjoyed to welcome two grandchildren, Granger and Mia, into his life. It was a special bond that he shared with his grandson Granger as they celebrated their birthdays together.

In addition to his immediate family, Will is survived by his sister Maureen and brother Dave. They shared a close bond and created many cherished memories together.

He is proceeded in death by his mother Betty DeLaVergne and Father Bill DeLaVergne.

William will be remembered as a hard worker, always giving his best in all he pursued. He found solace and joy spending time with his family and hitting the golf course whenever the opportunity arose.

His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of his loved ones. May he rest in peace.
