William Raymond Dare

William Raymond Dare, lovingly known as Billy, passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 50. He was born on May 8, 1973, in Baldwin Park, CA, and most recently resided in Hawthorne, NV.

Billy had a vibrant personality and was known for his many hobbies. He had a passion for drawing and even did most of his own tattoos. Playing video games with friends, watching movies, and showcasing his culinary skills as an amazing chef were some of his favorite pastimes. Whether experimenting in the kitchen or enjoying an outdoor adventure, William loved everything food-related and cherished the company of loved ones.

ICP was his everyday go-to music, and he would sing along to the lyrics with enthusiasm. Billy's favorite place in the world was anywhere outdoors, where he could embrace nature's beauty and find solace.

Billy was a devoted father and cherished being a grandfather above all else. His children, Ryan Dare and Anita Dare, and his grandchildren, Gabriella Dare, Bella Dare, and Lucas Dare, brought immense joy to his life. He was also survived by his father, William Dare, his mother, Peggy Anderson, and his sister, Gail Anderson.

William's warm and outgoing nature impacted the lives of those around him. His presence always brought happiness and a sense of joy to everyone he encountered. He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by family and friends.

A private memorial service will be held to celebrate William's life and honor his memory. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to a charity of your choice in honor of William Raymond Dare.
