He is survived by his beloved wife, Rose Pryor, and their two sons, Troy and Bruce. Bill also cherished his stepdaughter, Melanie Lucas, and took great pride in his grandchildren: Douglas Pryor, Troy Pryor, and Jessica Dowdy.
