William Herman Callarman, affectionately known as Willie, was born on January 5, 1957, in Illinois. He peacefully passed away on June 6, 2024, in Graham, WA, where he had resided in recent years.
Willie had a passion for building with his Legos and listening to music. Some of his favorite bands and musical artists included Frank Zappa, Jimmy Buffet, and Warren Zevon. However, nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his daughters and exploring the mountains.
Index, WA held a special place in Willie's heart, as it was his favorite location in the world. He was known for his warm and humorous nature, always sharing jokes and bringing smiles to those around him.
Professionally, Willie worked as a talented tile setter and also hosted karaoke nights. However, his proudest accomplishment was undoubtedly his children. He leaves behind daughters Stacey (Edward) Hopman, Jessica (James) Graham, and stepdaughter Lindsey Chavez. Willie was also a cherished grandfather to Jaiden, Sevarrian, Ariyah, Jocelyn, Evan, and Miranda.
Willie is survived by his mother, Eileen Callarman, his sister Lynn (Mike) Minter, his niece Jamie (Kyle) Dooley, nephew Jason (Crystal) Dusinski, and great-nephew Jordan Dooley. He was preceded in death by his father, William Callarman, his paternal grandparents Pauline and Charles Callarman, and his maternal grandparents Herman and Hedwig Landahl, as well as numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Willie impacted the lives of others with his caring and loving nature. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and would give you the shirt off his back. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
In memory of William Herman Callarman, a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
