William E. Pritchard, affectionately known as Billy, was born on October 29, 1953, in Pinehurst, North Carolina. He passed away peacefully on December 20, 2024, in Seagrove, North Carolina, where he had most recently made his home.

Billy was a devoted family man who cherished every moment spent with his son, Mark, and daughter-in-law, Janice Lester, who provided him with love and comfort during his final days. He was also a proud grandfather to four beloved grandchildren, all of whom were the light of his life.

In his free time, he loved spending time with friends and family and absolutely enjoyed every minute he could spend engaging in playful debates that would always bring laughter to those around him. His infectious sense of humor and ability to make others smile were hallmarks of his personality, and he will be remembered for the joy he brought to family gatherings and friendships.

Billy's love for his family was unparalleled, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of laughter and love will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
