William Darrell Ostrom, affectionately known as Bill or Will, passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on February 16, 1945, in Woodburn, Oregon, he made his home in Hubbard, Oregon, where he lived a life filled with love for his animals.

William had a diverse career, serving as a barber and dedicating time to the National Guard before becoming a successful owner of a construction company. His hard work and dedication were evident in all he did. He was married to Sondra Case from 1969 to 1978 and later found companionship with Nancy Lucas from 1998 until her passing in 2022.

He is survived by his children, Sarah VanLoan and Jarrod Ostrom, and is preceded in death by his son, Jason Ostrom, parents Madge and Arvid Ostrom, as well as brother Todd Ostrom. Additionally, William leaves behind four grandchildren and one great-grandchild, all of whom brought joy to his life.

William will be remembered for his kindness, dedication to his family, and the deep affection he held for his animals. His legacy will continue through the loved ones he leaves behind.
