Willie died peacefully in his sleep at home under Hospice Care.
Proceeded in death by his parents August and Sigrid Peterson his 8 sisters and brothers.
Willie is survived by his wife Darla, daughter Dalice (Marlow), Son Michael (Christina) many nephews and nieces, 4 grandchildren, 9 greatgrandcildren.
Willie was proud to have served in the Naval Air Reserves for 33 years.
His passion was golf, fishing and boating. He always enjoyed his friends in Minnesota and Arizona where he spent many winters.
His career was in sales with Mini Gasco and Jenn Air where he met many of his long term friends.
A private burial under his favorite tree will be at Sugar Lake at a later date.
