Despite being deaf, he defied expectations and inspired people through his talent as a drummer. His ability to feel the rhythm and bring music to life captivated audiences and earned him admiration from all who witnessed him playing. He is survived by his mother Peggy Janssen, brother Jason Janssen and two daughters Azura Russell and Kasmine Janssen. Proceeded in death by his step father Wayne Janssen. West legacy lives on through the music he created and his two beautiful daughters.
