She loved Rod Stewart!
She always dressed classy and color coordinate. Those who knew her well, knew that even her contact lenses would match her outfits and jewlery.
Helping and caring for those around her and those who needed help.
Growing up mom always opened our home to our friends. She welcomed them into our home when they were having a tough time at their own. She creates a safe, happy space. If you were a child in need, our home was the place to be.
Wendy Gaylene Dupuis, a kind and beautiful soul, passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 70. She was born on May 18, 1953, in Saint John, NB, Canada, and most recently resided in Mill Cove, NB, Canada. Wendy was known for her outgoing and caring nature, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
Wendy's passion in life was her work as an RNA at the Dr. VA Snow Centre in Hampton NB. She found great fulfillment in caring for others and making a positive impact on their lives. Her dedication and genuine care for her patients were truly admirable.
In her free time, Wendy enjoyed indulging in her love for cookies, a treat she could never resist. She also had a deep affection for the music of Rod Stewart, whose songs always brought her joy.
One of Wendy's defining characteristics was her impeccable sense of style. She always dressed elegantly and color-coordinated her outfits and jewelry down to the smallest detail, even ensuring that her contact lenses matched. Her attention to detail and her vibrant personality were always on display.
Wendy's proudest accomplishments were raising her children and going back to school to earn her GED and pursue a career as an RNA. She was a devoted mother to Suella Strong, Stephanie Shyann Dupuis, and Jon-Paul Dupuis. Wendy also embraced her role as a stepmother to Jennifer Foss, Erin Foss, and Brandon Foss. Her love extended to her grandchildren: Caleb Watts, Tristan Good, Zachariah Perreault, Stephen Dupuis, Charisma Dupuis, Charoltte Dupuis, Declin Burry, Logan Foss, Tyson Foss, Ryan Foss, and Dylan Clark.
Wendy's impact on the lives of others was profound. She always opened her home to those in need, creating a safe and happy space for anyone who required it. Wendy's genuine care and acceptance of people made a lasting impression on all who knew her.
She can now be reunited with her partner Howard Foss, and her father, Billy Martin. She will be greatly missed by her mother, Doris Martin, her brother, Kevin Martin, and her niece, Tammy Sundmark, who was like a daughter to her. Wendy leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and kindness that will continue to inspire all those she touched.
In the words of Wendy herself, "Everything will work out how it is meant to." May she rest in peace, knowing that her impact on the world will be cherished and remembered forever.
