Wendy Ellen Hindal, 62, of Pell City, Alabama passed away peacefully on February 16, 2026.
Born on October 14, 1964, in Baltimore, Maryland, Wendy brought warmth, strength, and love into the lives of everyone who knew her. She later made her home in Pell City, Alabama, where she built a life centered around her family.
Wendy was a devoted mother to her five children: Michael King, Richard Keating, James Hilburn, Brandon Hilburn, and Ashley Hilburn. Her children were the pride and joy of her life, and she loved them fiercely. She was also a proud grandmother to thirteen grandchildren, who brought her endless happiness and laughter
She is Also survived by her siblings: her brother Michael King, and her sisters Diana Grewe and Kathy Bennett. Wendy shared a special bond with her family and treasured the time spent together.
Wendy will be remembered for her loving heart, her strength, and her unwavering dedication to her family. She had a way of making those around her feel cated for and valued. Her presence will be deeply missed but forever cherished in the hearts of those who loved her.
A visitation will be held on February 20, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Kilgroe Funeral Home, located at 2219 2nd Ave N, Pell City, Alabama 35125.
Family and friends are invited to come together to honor and celebrate Wendy's life.
