Warren loved quiet mornings with a cup of coffee, long walks along Lake Michigan, and tinkering with small home projects in the garage. He also enjoyed cheering on Milwaukee sports teams and tending to his backyard garden each summer.
Warren rarely turned down a good Friday fish fry, a brat off the grill, or a homemade casserole at family gatherings. He had a sweet tooth for bakery donuts on Sunday mornings and his family's famous apple pie at the holidays.
Warren remembered everyone's birthday and was usually the first to call with warm wishes. He was the one neighbors could count on when they needed a hand shoveling snow or jump-starting a car. He preferred listening more than talking, but when he spoke, it was thoughtful and kind.
Time with family around the kitchen table, sharing stories, laughing at old memories, and making sure everyone had enough to eat.

Warren McMahon, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away on August 15, 2020, leaving behind a legacy of quiet kindness, steady support, and deep love for his family and friends.
Born and raised in Milwaukee, Warren took great pride in his hometown and found comfort in its neighborhoods, traditions, and familiar faces. He was known for his calm and gentle presence—the kind of person who made others feel heard and valued just by being in the room.
Warren did not need the spotlight. Instead, he showed his love through small, consistent acts: checking in with a phone call, shoveling a neighbor's sidewalk, or offering help without ever being asked. Family gatherings meant the world to him, especially when everyone could crowd around the kitchen table, share stories, and enjoy a good meal together.
Those who knew Warren will remember his soft-spoken humor, his patience, and his ability to stay calm in difficult moments. He taught the people around him the importance of compassion, reliability, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching. His memory will live on in the lives he touched—in the neighbors he helped, the friends who counted on his steady support, and the family who loved him deeply.
We have opened this fundraiser to honor the memory of [Name] with dignity. The funds raised will be used to organize the farewell, maintain the memorial page, and support loved ones during this difficult time.
