Wallace Martin Jr, 71, passed away on August 14, 2025 from an unexpected heart attack. Even though a failing heart took him away from this world, his loving heart left a beacon of light for all in the community.
Wallace is survived by his beautiful wife, Pauline. He was a proud Papa to one daughter, and three sons: Tamika, Terry, Tray, And Wallace lll. His cheerful attitude and bright smile will be missed at the high school where he worked in the counseling department.
A short graveside ceremony will be held on Sunday August 31 at the city cemetery, followed by a backyard reception and potluck BBQ.
