Vivian Kay Stone, a free spirit and vivacious soul, passed away on June 15, 2024, at the age of 62. Born on February 14, 1962, in Florida, she most recently resided in St Stephen, SC.
Vivian had a passion for crafts, finding joy in refinishing and giving new life to furniture and decorations. She was also an avid reader and enjoyed indulging in binge-watching her favorite TV shows and movie marathons. Her eclectic taste in music ranged from Stevie Nicks and Phil Collins to the classics and even the Spice Girls.
Above all, Vivian cherished her children, grandchildren, and her beloved wiener dogs. Her son, Nathaniel Tripp, was blessed with three children - Victoria Griffin, Aurora Tripp, and Alexander Tripp. Additionally, she was overjoyed to have a great-grandchild named Dixie Willow. Her daughter, Deanna Adkins, was happily married to Jason Adkins, and together they had two sons, Weston Adkins and Dylan Adkins.
Professionally, Vivian was incredibly skilled in insurance sales, leaving a lasting impact on those she worked with. However, her proudest accomplishments revolved around her family. Despite the hardships she faced throughout her life, she remained self-sufficient and continued to believe in love.
Vivian will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her contagious energy, spontaneous nature, and free-spirited personality left an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to have crossed her path. She will forever be remembered for the love and joy she brought into the lives of her loved ones and the world around her.
It was expressed that Kay did not want any formal service. The family has decided to have a celebration of life to share favorite memories, pictures, moments, etc that each person may have. Please bring any pictures, videos or stories you'd like to share. We are also asking in lieu of fresh flowers to consider knockout roses as that was one of her favorite plants.
