Vincent Sainz, 69 of Orange Park, Florida originally from Newark, NJ. Lived most of his adult years in Howell, NJ. Loved dearly by his wife Grace (Lacy) Sainz, his daughter Lori Sainz, his son-in-law Michael Grillo and grandson Sebastiano Grillo. Pre-deceased by his parents Vincent and Rose Sainz and his sister Sandy Campos. Vinny was often described as a really nice man and a good friend. He stayed in touch with many from as far back as grade school. He graduated from East Side High School in 1973. He loved Italian food and was known to drive to Newark "for a good Italian Hot Dog". His great joy was being Pop Pop to his grandson Sebastiano. He fought cancer to the bitter end. God has released him from his suffering. May he be at peace forever.
