Victor Valdez Herrera was born on March 6, 1953 in Garland, TX. He entered into rest on August 21, 1982 when he was only 29. He is survived by his parents, Martin Martinez Herrera and Margarita (Valdez) Herrera. His wife Maria Dejesus (Lopez) Herrera. His brothers and sister-in-laws, Felipe and Cynthia, Guadalupe and Amelia, & Martin Jr and Carol. His sister, Juanita Herrera. Victor is also survived by his four children, Diane Herrera, Sandra Herrera, George Lee Herrera, & Lorene Herrera. His nieces and nephews, Marianne, Joe, Eliza, Felipe Jr., Alberto, Rebecca, Nancy, Emily, Marco, Guadalupe Jr., Armando, & Angela. Victor is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Felipe R. Herrera. His aunts and uncles, Felipe Herrera Jr., Virginia (Valdez) Pesina, & Nicanor Lara Valdez Sr. Victor is survived by many, many cousins as well. Victor's paternal grandmother, Reyes Gonzalez's status is unknown to us. He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Placido Valdez and Santos (Lara) Valdez. His paternal great-grandparents, Pascual Herrera, Marcelina (Rodriguez) Herrera, Perfecto Gonzalez, Castoria (Ruiz) Gonzalez. His maternal great-grandparents, Pedro Lara and Maria Antonia Campos. Victor Valdez Herrera will be missed and he will continue to rest in peace.
