Van Bevelle was born November 20, 1963 to parents Thadis (Pete) and Margaret Bevelle.
He grew up amongst his thirteen siblings. Sisters Thadis (Marie), Linda, Mary (Ann), Fay, Brenda and Earlene. Brothers Samuel (Roy), Joe, James (Dusty), Morgan (Maddog),Glenn (Shorty), Vincent and Benjamin.
Van made his transition on May 20, 2025
He's preceded in death by his Father Pete, brothers Roy, Joe and Vincent, sister Marie, Aunt Bell, cousins Leonard, Larry and Gina, as well as the mother of his children Judy Carter.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Margaret, his children Van Jr and Ciera, his grandchildren Ajahnae, Antoine, Antonio, Anthony, Airis, Breea and Shardae.
He also leaves countless memories with his remaining siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
