Vallory Karen Williams, born on December 17, 1961, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, passed away on September 8, 2024, in Augusta, Georgia. A proud veteran, Vallory had a distinguished military career, earning numerous accolades including the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, and the Silver Basic Recruiter Badge.

Known for her fun and quirky personality, Vallory brought joy and laughter to those around her. She had a unique ability to brighten any room with her infectious spirit and kindness. Vallory was also deeply rooted in her faith, having attended and been baptized at Barraque Street Baptist Church in Pine Bluff.
