Trayvon R Prim, known affectionately as Tray, was born on February 1, 1999, in Buffalo, NY. It is with heavy hearts that we announce his passing on September 22, 2023, at the age of 24.

Tray was a beloved resident of Buffalo, NY, where he spent most of his life. He touched the lives of many with his warm smile, kind heart, and genuine compassion for others. Tray had a way of making everyone feel seen and heard, and his magnetic personality drew people towards him.

Tray had a passion for music and was a talented musician. He found solace and joy in playing the guitar and writing his own songs. His melodies and lyrics were a reflection of his innermost experiences and emotions, capturing the essence of his soul.

Beyond his musical talents, Tray was known for his unwavering loyalty and support for his family and friends. He was always there to lend a listening ear or offer a helping hand. Tray's presence in the lives of those who knew him will be deeply missed.

Tray is preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Mildred Prim, and his father, Hanif Prim. Tray leaves behind his children, Melanie and Omar Prim, his siblings, Tasha, Nicole, and Richard Prim, and a host of cousins.

Trayvon R Prim leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and compassion. He will forever be remembered as a bright light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his memory continue to inspire us to live with kindness and empathy.
