Tracy was preceded in death by his father, Wesley Rodgers; his mother, Emma Williams; and his brother, Willie Barrs. He leaves to cherish his memory his Step-mother, Lorretta Rodgers; his three Nichole, Courtney and Quincy Rodger’s his brothers, Rodney Barrs, Jonathan and David Rodgers; and his sisters, Cheryl Randall and Kelly Larthridge. Nephew Trumain Barrs, Niece Lavonia Ennis, Nephew Eric Hurt. One Great Niece Cherlynthia Ennis and Two Great Nephews, Charles and Isaac Ennis, and a slew of cousins.
He will be remembered with love and will remain in the hearts of his family and friends.
