Tracey Leigh Hoover, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on May 11, 2024, at the age of 62. She was born on October 8, 1961, in Modesto, California, and most recently resided in Loudon, Tennessee.
Tracey had a zest for life and enjoyed various hobbies such as spending quality time with her family, shopping, and watching NASCAR races. She had a sweet tooth and savored sugary delights, along with her favorite dishes like Sloppy Joes, Chicken Parmesan, Chilli, and Chicken Stuffing Casserole. Tracey's taste in music ranged from the timeless classics of the Carpenter's and Jefferson Airplane to modern favorites like Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, and Pat Benatar.
Family was of utmost importance to Tracey, and she cherished every moment with her loved ones. She had a deep love for her husband, Marc Steven Hoover, and treasured their life together. Tracey was a proud mother to three children, Nicole Beach, Jamie Richard, and Marc C. Hoover, and adored her 11 grandchildren. She was a dedicated daughter to her parents, Vivian and Douglas Winfrey, and a loving sister to Doug Winfrey.
Tracey's faith in Jesus was a guiding light in her life, and she shared His love with everyone she met. Known for her honesty, sweetness, and genuine care for others, Tracey always wanted the best for everyone. She found solace in fishing on her boat and considered her home to be her favorite place in the world.
In her leisure time, Tracey enjoyed watching shows on the ID channel, Lifetime, and Hallmark. She had a passion for sports and loved playing softball and watching NASCAR races. Tracey was also fond of horror and mystery movies.
Tracey leaves behind a legacy of love, with her proudest accomplishments being her children, grandchildren, husband, family, and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
