Timothy Stephen Ozerities, Beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend went into the arms of the Lord on May 2, 2025, at the age of 61, in Orlando, Florida, with his family around him. Tim, "TIMO", was born March 10, 1964, in Saginaw, Michigan.
Tim was a Christian and confessed Jesus Christ as his Lord. He was passionate about living life to the fullest. Tim had a heart of gold. He would give you the shirt off his back. We know of stories both in NYC and Chicago where Tim helped the homeless. He also volunteered at Saginaw’s Old Town Christian Outreach Center.
Tim saw the world around him through a different set of lenses: colorful, and funny. He lived outside of the lines and was forever young. He was passionate about music and creating art. Tim would say "the best time machine was a song." He was an old school DJ all done "by ear."
Tim graduated from Bridgeport High School in 1982 where he enjoyed theatre, choir, marching band, cross-country, and track. He worked at Interlochen Center for the Arts in the summers.
Tim served in the United States Air Force at the Ellsworth Base in Rapid City, SD 1984-1990, was a DJ at KTEQ (a college radio station), and also attended some college courses while in the Air Force.
Tim worked in entertainment in various places: Rapid City, SD; Portland, OR; The Palladium in New York City; in the Chicago Wrigley Field area, and at the VA in Saginaw, MI. As a final act of compassion, Tim left his precious Gift of Sight with CorneaGen for vision education, research, treatment and transplant.
Tim is survived by his parents: Dorothea (Dede) Likes Ozerities of Winter Haven, FL and Henry Ozerities, Sr. of Saginaw, MI. Brother and sisters, Henry (Gretchen) Ozerities Jr. of Troy, MI, Michelle Dickenson of Montverde, FL, Kathy Ozerities of Mount Dora, FL, and Yvonne Ozerities of Winter Haven, FL. Nieces and nephews, Dede (Scott) Simmons, Elizabeth (Zachary) Wegner, Rebekah Dickenson, Jordan Ozerities, Caleb Dickenson, Jonathan (Lisa) Ozerities, Jahnae Hatter, Daniel Ozerities, Isayah Hatter, and Jenna Ozerities. He also leaves behind five great nieces and nephews, several cousins, and many friends across the country.
