Timothy Reuel Sparks, age 63, passed away suddenly at Oakridge Methodist Medical Center on Friday, June 14th, 2024. He was born in Little Rock Arkansas on October 19, 1960.

Tim proudly served in the U.S. Navy. He was raised in the Catholic Church. He was a proud father and, especially, a papaw to his 9 grandchildren. He was a very, very smart man and he will be missed dearly.

Tim is preceded in death by his dad Dr. Albert Reuel Sparks, mother Ruth Jane Sparks, his sister Judy Blenden.

Tim is survived by his wife Lola Sparks; Sisters Carolyn Simpson and Jan Bryant; children Albert Sparks, Travis Sparks, Kandy Sparks, Jonathan Sparks and wife Kendra Sparks; Grandchildren Noah Sparks, Dean Sparks, Cathleena Sparks, Isaak Stewart, Tayven Sparks, Isaiah Sparks, Serenity Sparks, Barrett Sparks and Azaela Sparks; His best friend Nathan Carrier, as well as many other beloved family members and friends.

Friends and Family may visit Tim’s Celebration of Life Memorial on Sunday June 30th, 2024 at Frozen Head State Park in Wartburg, TN., Pavilion B.
