Mr Roy Thurman Garrett III A.K.A (shorty) was born March 6, 1939 to the late Mr. & Mrs Roy T Garrett Jr and Katherine "Thompson" Garrett in Indianapolis, IN.
Roy received his education thought the Indianapolis Public School System.
Roy was retired from Community North Meridian Insurance and Embassy Suite.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, grandparents, and two sons. Mr Roy T Garrett Sr.. Mrs Sarah Garrett, Mr Edgar Thompson, and LuLa Thompson. Two sisters Royce and Jenna Garrett. Two sons Roderick and RaVant'e Garrett.
He leaves to cherish his memories five sons Rico Garrett (California), Roy IV, Ryan, Rashad, and Royce Garrett. Two Daughters Ashley Garrett and Sherlonda Garrett (Kita, Kiha Garrett, Janita, Edward, Roosevelt Brashear). Sisters Ruth Uriri (Dallas), Marsheila Peele, Carla Butler, Lydia Lisa, Royetta, Portia Dixon, Andrea Jewel (Tony). Brother Bobby Dixon Jr (Pam). Also a host of great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
