Thomas Ray Balser 68, of Macon, MO passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at the Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO.
Private family graveside service will be held at a later date. The family suggests memorials to the Maplewood Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Hutton & McElwain Funeral Home in Macon, MO.
