She loved spending time at home with her daughter watching movies and shopping. Anything she did she was always more than happy to be there.
She was a junk food addict. Ice cream was supper for our girl! She has some good genes!
She loved 80’s rock and country.
Everything. She was a kind and beautiful ray of sunlight in everyone’s day. Even as much as she struggled alone without her parents, she always kept a smile on.
To live and care about others. She had a genuine heart you don’t see anymore.
She always had dreams of going to Paras.
Wasn’t much for TV.
Football girl all the way. She always said she wears the green and gold to show support for the team with the most hideous colors.
Her parents have both passed away. Her mother more recently from cancer. Her father when she was young from health issues from the war.
Tessie Danielle Wels, affectionately known as Tia by close company, was born on July 8, 1999, in Milwaukee, WI, and passed away on December 11, 2024 in Appleton, WI. A tragic accident during a storm was God’s call to bring this beautiful angel home. She was a devoted mother to her beloved three-year-old daughter, Alexis Danielle, who was the light of her life.
Tessie was known for her bubbly and kind spirit, always radiating positivity and warmth wherever she went. She loved spending time at home with Alexis, enjoying movie nights and shopping outings. A true junk food enthusiast, Tessie had a particular fondness for ice cream, which she considered the perfect meal. Her love for life was complemented by her passion for 80’s rock and country music, providing the soundtrack to her joyful moments.
Despite facing personal challenges, including the loss of both her parents—her mother to cancer and her father due to health issues from the war—Tessie remained a shining ray of sunshine. Her resilience and genuine heart were evident in her interactions with others, as she selflessly devoted herself to caring for those around her, often neglecting her own needs.
Tessie's career as a loan officer at Bank First was marked by her hard work and dedication, alongside her academic achievement of a two-year degree in child psychology. She found pride in the impact she had on others, embodying a spirit of generosity that touched many lives.
Football was another passion of Tessie's, proudly donning the green and gold to support her team, which she humorously described as having the most hideous colors. Although not much for television, she dreamt of visiting Paris, a testament to her adventurous spirit.
Tessie's life was a tapestry of love, laughter, and resilience. Her memory will forever be cherished by her daughter Alexis, her friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness and a reminder to cherish each moment with those we love.
We'll plant real trees for you in Tessie's memory and display your contribution forever.
