He would always tell you where his family’s at. Before Terry passed away before away, told him I was his family. He would like to take him to Branson because he knew that was a spot that everybody enjoyed.

Terry Joe Sumner, 67 of Belleville, IL Born July 28th, 1957 in East St.Louis, IL, died peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, November 19,2024., Surrounded by his loved ones. Mr Sumner owned and operated his own home repair service, TJ’s Home Repair.
Terry preceded in death by his parents, Francis Austin and Ladina Jane, Nee Whittenburg, Sumner; a brother Jean David Sumner; a brother Richard Allen Sumner; a sister Barbara Ann Sumner
Terry preceded in death by his devoted loving wife, Nancy Kaye, née Lowe, Sumner
Surviving are his loving daughter Mikayla Morgan;a stepson Tony ( Katie) Buechler; a Granddaughter Marlianna Rolls;a step granddaughter Vivian; a step granddaughter Violet; a sister Sharon (Jesse) Steele of Perryville, Mo; a sister Kimberly (Ernie) Dickerson.
A special thanks to his Nieces, Angela Martin and Valerie Morgan, for the special care they have given Terry, while he has been battling his illness and keeping him comfortable in his last few days.
Terry had many nieces and nephews, which he loved and adored.
Services will be posted once we get everything together.
