Devout Catholic and long-time member of St. Alphonsus Church
Enjoyed working on projects and was a handyman
Past commander and adjuvant for American Legion Post #258, worked with special needs children for the "Mary Free Bed" project
Survived by his wife Barbara (Straubel) Farrey of 42 years, four children, Kimberly Farrey, Jennifer Farrey, Donald (Rebecca) Farrey, and Tricia (David) Boggiano, a special nephew Robert (Beth) Straubel, two sisters, Kathy Austin and Pat (Rich) Cook, and several nieces and nephews
Funeral Mass at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, entombment in Resurrection Cemetery, Military Honors by the Kent County Honor Guard
Can be made to St. Alphonsus Capital Campaign or the American Cancer Society
