She married Robert W. Williams on March 5, 1954. She is survived by husband, Robert W. Williams; daughter, Jeaneen W. and son, Jacob W.. Grandchildren; Kenyata J., David W., James W.. Great grandchildren; Isabella Sadler, Kavahn Cohn, Quentin Cohen, Kinley Cohen, Jameson McCain and Callie Cohen; step-grandchildren, William Scott Hallberg (Cynthia) and Agenia (Hallberg) Hurrle (Brian); step-great grandchildren, Brent Hurrle, Matthew Hurrle, Eva Hurrle, Gavin Hurrle, Lyla Rhoads and Clara Rhoads. She was preceded in passing by her parents and daughter, Barbara A. Cohen and grandchildren, Adam B. Klipsch and Sarah M. Cohen
A celebration of Sylvia’s life will be held on Friday, September 27 at 12:00 p.m. at Heavenly Gates Funeral Home, 1399 Jewell Street, Shreveport, LA 71101.
Visitation from friends and family will be held September 26 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home
