Born and raised in Rome Ga. she spent her life nurturing not only her family but everyone lucky enough to know her. Suzan had a passion for gardening and could coax beauty from even the most stubborn patch of earth. She was also a talented cook, famous for her homemade pies and Sunday dinners that brought generations together.

Funeral
The funeral service will be held on June 24th , 2025 at 1:30 pm , at Lovejoy Baptist Church . Friends and family are invited to attend and celebrate her life, share memories, and offer prayers of comfort and peace. Following the service, interment will take place at Myrtle Hill Cemetery . A repast/gathering will follow at Lovejoy Baptist Church , where we will continue to honor her legacy with stories, laughter, and community. Suzan lived a life full of love and grace. Though our hearts are heavy, we find peace knowing she is at rest, and we carry her spirit with us always.
