Susan G Kelly, lovingly known as Suzi, passed away on June 3, 2024, at the age of 62. She was born on March 8, 1962, in Houston, Texas, and later resided in Sugar Land, Texas.
Suzi had a passion for creativity and spent her free time indulging in her favorite hobbies of painting, crafting, and cooking. She had a special affinity for coffee, which always brought her joy. Suzi's taste in music was eclectic, with Queen, Journey, and Men at Work being among her favorite bands and musical artists.
Above all, Suzi cherished her family, finding immense happiness in their presence. She loved nothing more than spending time at the beach with her husband, Tom 'Max' Kelly, and their daughter, Morgan Kelly. They shared countless memories in this cherished place.
Suzi dedicated herself to her profession as a Special Ed Teacher, leaving a positive impact on her students' lives. Her dedication and passion were evident in all she did.
Suzi is survived by her beloved husband, Tom 'Max' Kelly, with whom she shared 39 years of marriage. She also leaves behind her daughter, Morgan Kelly, who meant the world to her. In addition, Suzi is survived by her sister, Mary Ellen Kobdish, who will miss her dearly. As well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Kind, beautiful, hardworking, smart, brave, and strong, Suzi had an unforgettable presence. Her friends and family will remember her compassion and love for them. Suzi's Methodist faith brought her comfort and strength throughout her life.
In remembrance of Suzi's life, her family requests you bring a backpack of school supplies to her memorial service or donate to any local public school. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her memory will live on in their hearts forever.
