Wow, where to start. There’s just so much to say, I don’t even know where to begin.
I guess to start off she was the best mom anyone could ever ask for! On top of that she was the best Friend , anybody could ask for.
No matter where you were in life or what you had going on. She always went above and beyond to be there for you and more. She listen to any problem that you had and would try to help solve it anyway she could whether it be emotionally, physically or financially, she would do what she could to help anyone out in any situation.
She was always so kind and understanding but at the same time will call you out on your bullshit. She loved unconditionally.
From the dropdead gorgeous 70s rock ‘n roller, Bell bottom wearing, feathered hair style having self, to the most beautiful woman and mother, anyone could ever ask for!
For some of you, you call her friend, others a confidant or even sister. From a great employee to the best friend you always wanted/needed to Just an all-around great human being. For us she was mom, mama, Madre, mother, or her favorite “Ma where’s the meatloaf!!!” She was our person, our world, our rock. She taught us everything we needed to know to make it in this world whether it be cooking, creating memories, traditions, how to love, laugh, cry, live and most importantly, caring for others.
She loved her grandchildren to infinity and beyond beyond beyond beyond. That’s an inside quote between her and her favorite little boy Grayson. That boy was everything to her and she to him. She loved them all so deeply, a love I got from her my whole life. She loved all her grandkids and spoiled them rotten when she had the chance! She was the best grandma!
She loved her husband Domingo. Her one only true love. They had their hard times and went through life’s trials and tribulations but they both knew they were meant for each other. Through it all she always told us how much she loved him and that never changed. They were the best parents anyone could ask for. Them together is what made us who we are. They did this!
She taught us all about strength and perseverance, all while offering guidance through this entire thing, we call life, she really had it figured out. She was the most positive and happy person I have ever known. I wish I had her outlook on life everyday that I wake up. She was always willing to help and lend a listening ear and ready to make you laugh!
She spent the last year in the hospital starting at the beginning of November 2021. Out of everybody that I’ve communicated with or met or spent time with she was by far was the most important, the most positive and the most influential person I know. She had some serious ailments tormenting her body on a daily basis, yet she always had a smile on her face. She fought long and hard and thoroughly enjoyed her last few years here with us. She survived the hurricanes we seen, the pandemic, rigorous set backs in her diagnosis, surgeries, I mean she even survived without a hip on one side and still was moving and learning to walk! Literally the toughest person I know!
I believe she was tired, exhausted and wanted to be home and free again. She now watches over her kids Estephan, Alicia, Carlos Herrera and Carlos Sr, and Howard. Her grandkids Grayson, Jayliana, Chase, Francisco, Alejandro, Carlos Jr, Lorenzo, Rocco, Marianna, Celestino, Aubriella and Arianna. Her two favorite nieces Brandy and Lindsay McClernan and their whole family. One brother Gary McClernan and her husband Domingo Espinoza.
We love and miss you!
