Steven Craig Easton was born on July 9, 1959, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, where he spent most of his life. He proudly served his country in both the Marines and the Army, embodying the motto, “Once a Marine, Always a Marine,” and exemplifying the spirit of "Semper Fi" throughout his life.
Steven cherished his time as a father to his daughter, Reba, and took immense pride in being a devoted grandfather to Steven Archer, Brody, and his soon-to-arrive grandchild. His family meant the world to him, and he loved nothing more than spending time with them.
An avid sports fan, Steven was especially passionate about the New Orleans Saints, often rallying support for his team with enthusiasm. He is remembered not only for his military career but also for his deep commitment to his family and the joy he found in his role as "Pops."
Steven is survived by his loving wife, Summer Pifer Easton, as well as his children, Reba and son-in-law Braxton, and his “adopted son,” Stussy. He is also survived by his brothers, Mike and Gerald Easton; his sister, Regina Lafanette; his brothers-in-law, Ray Lafanette, Donald Pifer Jr., and Jeff Pifer; and his sister-in-law, Donna Pifer.
The legacy of Steven Craig Easton will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
