When it came to food, Steve delighted in indulging in homemade cheesecake and savoring Ellen's spaghetti. His musical taste reflected his appreciation for the Allman Brothers, Tom Petty, and Pink Floyd. Steve had a knack for carving out his life exactly the way he wanted.

Above all, Steve's heart belonged to his beloved wife, Ellen, and their family. He treasured their time together and created countless memories filled with love and laughter. One of his favorite places in the world was the Land Between the Lakes, where he found tranquility and peace.
