Stephen is survived by his loving children: daughter Leontia Vining, and sons Richard Vining and Jonathan Vining, who will carry his memory and legacy forward.

Throughout his life, Stephen was known as a good man with a genuine heart who touched countless lives in the Kalamazoo area. His warm smile, helping hand, and willingness to go above and beyond for others made him a beloved figure in the community.
