Obituary
Age 42 of Halifax. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Stephen Butt. Born on November 4th, 1981 he was the son of Anthony and Susan Butt (Brewer).
Steve, as he was known to friends, loved working in the garage, but his favorite thing was being a father. He is survived by his daughters, Ava Hamilton and Leighara Butt. They meant the world to him, and he would want them to have everything.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother Florence (Toots) DeBaie and son Stephen. He will be fondly remembered for his sense of humour and love of Montreal Canadiens and listening to music with a cold beer.
A celebration of life has already taken place. Family and loved ones ask that you keep Stephen in your thoughts and prayers.
