STANLEY JEROME SINGLETON, beloved son, brother, uncle , nephew and friend, passed away on June 27, 2024 at the age of 62. He was born on April 28, 1962, in Philadelphia PA, to Mother Arlene Wims Singleton, and Father James Singleton. He would spend the majority of his life in Philadelphia.

Stanley dedicated many years of his life to working in the food service industry, where he took great pride in making every dining experience memorable. His passion for creating delicious meals and ensuring customer satisfaction was evident in his work.

Above all else, Stanley cherished spending time with his family, particularly his mother. He valued their bond and treasured the moments they shared together. They were very close and were truly each others favorite companion.

In his free time, Stanley was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, passionately supporting his favorite sports team. He found joy in cheering them on and celebrating their victories. Between him and his mother Arlene they may have been the Eagle's biggest supporters. He also loved his time spent at his church home, the Upper room Missionary Baptist church.

Stanley was no stranger to personal challenges over his 62 years. His struggles continually tried to take him down, but he was extremely resilient and never stopped trying to overcome them. Stanley lived by the motto:

"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference" This quote exemplified his belief in accepting life's challenges with grace and finding peace in difficult situations.

Stanley Jerome Singleton will be remembered for his dedication to his Mother, Brother, and his love for his family, He leaves behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, and a deep appreciation for life's simple pleasures. He will be greatly missed by his loving Mother who often spoke to him up to a half dozen times a day, his Brother and all who knew and loved him.

Stanley is survived by his loving Mother Arlene Singleton, Devoted Bother Eric Singleton, and his Husband Orlando Hartwell, his two Nephews Lrae Hartwell Singleton, and Jawon Hartwell Singleton + his great nephew, Dakota Singleton. His Sister Sally Chase, his three nieces April Chase, Lavern Chase, and Renee Singleton, Long-term friend of over 40 years, Angie Lee Pringle, And a host of friends and family consisting of Uncles, Aunts, and cousins.
