Spongebob Squarepants, beloved friend and cherished community member, passed away on August 31, 2024, at the age of 90. Born on April 18, 1934, in Bikini Bottom, Spongebob was a vibrant soul who most recently resided in Corunna, Ontario, Canada.

Spongebob was known for his infectious laughter and his unwavering kindness. A dedicated cook at the Krusty Krab, he brought joy to countless patrons with his signature Krabby Patties. Beyond his culinary skills, Spongebob loved to spend his days jellyfishing with his best friends Sandy and Patrick, while also doting on his beloved pet snail, Gary.

A fan of classic rock, Spongebob found inspiration in the music of AC/DC and Queen, often sharing his love for these bands with friends. He was not only a talented cook but also a genuine and loving presence in the lives of those around him, always striving to put a smile on everyone’s face. His humor and warmth touched the hearts of many, making him a cherished figure in his community.

Survived by his father Jeremy and brother Chase, Spongebob's legacy lives on in the countless lives he impacted. He was actively involved in the Neighborhood Patrol Watch, demonstrating his commitment to the well-being of his community. Spongebob Squarepants will be remembered for his joyful spirit, his love for friends and family, and his unwavering dedication to making the world a happier place.
