Skylar M Ogden, lovingly known as Sky, passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 19. She was born on June 24, 2004, in Raleigh, NC, and was most recently living in Asheville, NC.

Skylar had a vibrant personality and was known for her kind and caring nature. She loved nothing more than making others laugh and brought joy to those around her. Skylar had a talent for playing the piano and enjoyed playing volleyball and reading in her free time. Mexican cuisine was her favorite, and she found solace in the music of Tate Mcrae and Hozier.

Skylar's passion for volleyball led to her achievements in the sport, playing at the Division 2 level. She lived by the motto, "To be great, you have to be willing to sacrifice," and embodied this sentiment in her dedication and hard work.

Though Skylar had a tough outer shell, she always showed up when others needed her, making a lasting impact on their lives. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
